How to find us:

Take A30 from Exeter until the Kennards House junction just past Launceston. Take the slip road off A30 and travel over trunk road onto the A395. After approximately 10miles on the A395, just after Davidstow church, turn left into the hamlet of Trewassa.

In the centre of the village, when the lane narrows to a single track, take the left hand fork which bears left at the end into the Lowertown Cottages complex.
